425A Wireless LAN Spectrum Analyzer, is a handheld spectrum analyzer which pushes the limits in frequency range, price, and performance.
Measurements can be made in all the Wireless LAN bands with coverage extending to 6GHz, without the need for external modules.
The Model 425A covers two discreet frequency ranges: 1.8–2.9GHz and 5.0-6.0GHz. >br>
Preset frequency bands within these ranges enable immediate coverage of the 2.4–2.5 GHz ISM band as well as the 5.15–5.25, 5.25–5.35, and 5.725–5.825 GHz U-NII Bands.
Measurements can be made on all spread-spectrum technologies, including 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, and BlueTooth.
Being a true spectrum analyzer, the Model 425A is also very effective in locating and identifying
interfering signals regardless of their origin.
If measurements only in the 2.4-2.5GHz ISM band are required, the single band Model 424A is
available.
The Model 424A covers the 1.8–2.9 GHz range and has all the features of the dual
range Model 425A.
